After 40+ years in the service of leading food companies as well as the U.S. Military, I've acquired a wide range of expertise in food research and production. Recently retired from active employment, I'm enjoying the more leisurely schedule these days but still want to remain relevant and continue to share my technical expertise.
I'm especially interested in sharing a strong base of knowledge regarding grains, particularly wheat flour and corn. Over the past 14 years, I've become a premier flour expert by working jointly with millers and ancillary baking product suppliers to create products that met both my company's production and costing needs as well as their customers' satisfaction. Additionally, I collaborated with IFT, AACC, AIB, leading grain millers and Universities to develop new information and techniques that resulted in products with specific attributes.
